The hosts, professional chef and nutritionist Renu and her baking-enthusiast husband Ravi, offer themed cooking holidays featuring vegetarian fare from all over India. In this class we'll be taken to the local farmers market to select organic vegetables and spices, and then be involved in a half day cooking demonstration.
